For over 30 years, The Westchester Gym has been your home for fitness, health, sports and weight loss support in a friendly, comfortable, and motivating environment. Serving the Elmsford, Mount Pleasant, Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, Valhalla, White Plains and greater Westchester County area.

Personal Training

At The Westchester Gym we believe that the decision to hire a personal trainer is a difficult one but it can be ultimately be a very empowering one. Putting a dedicated fitness expert in your corner can net you invaluable expertise and support for devising a smart workout strategy, help in overcoming emotional and physical roadblocks and getting the real results you’re after. All of our Personal Trainers have a successful track record and are certified to provide the safest and most effective workouts available.

Modern Gym & Fitness Facilities

The modern gym is a gym that focuses on substance rather than appearance. Having a large amount of fancy equipment is done to impress those that know very little about fitness. Our goal is to provide the most effective fitness opportunities that our unique clientele would benefit from. Either through building a women’s only area, a grunt room with our heaviest weights, and even an area built to provide ninja warriors and spartans a chance to challenge their skills is what it means to build a modern gym.

Simple Plans

Taking the confusion out of our membership plans was a must. There is not bait and switch or offer behind the offer. Our plans provide our members a clear view of what they can do in the gym and how they can optimize their opportunities to develop physically and emotionally in a community that cares about them.

Because our members and gym are so unique and different (and we LOVE that!) you won’t see a “type” at The Westchester Gym.
