Membership Options

Whatever your fitness goals are: lose weight, increase strength, sports conditioning, play a sport, enjoy a class, we have daily classes and programs including kickboxing, Ninja Warrior Training, functional training, youth programs, Basketball, Wallyball, Badminton, Soccer, Racquetball, Handball and personal training to help you reach those goals. We also include group training classes like Yoga, Kickboxing, Zumba, Cycling; to continue to maximize your fitness gains. Our location also includes full Men’s & Women’s locker rooms and tons of Free Parking. The best membership only in The Westchester Gym

Youth Membership

The Westchester Gym provides youth members age 12-17 the opportunity to become members of a gym and start their healthy habit lifestyle at an early age. Members that are under 16 will need adult supervision.

Adult Membership

The Westchester Gym provides its members everything they need in the form of equipment and classes to enhance their fitness experience.

Sports Membership

The Westchester Gym has a number of adult memberships which are specifically created to provide a special experience based on enhancing a member’s interest and sporting needs.

Family Packages

The Westchester Gym offers Family Packages are available for children of our members aged 12 to 30 years of age.


The Westchester Gym allows for members to bring guests to the gym for a fee. We understand that sometimes a member will want to bring a friend and we feel happy to be able to provide that opportunity.


We’re so much more than a gym. The Westchester Gym is a community of fitness professionals dedicated to creating a personalized, supportive, and fun environment for our members to get in shape.

Because our members and gym are so unique and different (and we LOVE that!) you won’t see a “type” at The Westchester Gym. We’re all at different places in our journey towards health and fitness.  We all achieve our goals in different ways. But we can agree on one thing: we want to become stronger, healthier, more empowered, and have FUN along the way!
